Humans:
Humans do still exist in the world, though they've been engineered to be slightly hardier, and most hereditary diseases have been eliminated. Otherwise they are much like the humans of today.
Elves:
There are currently four different types of elves. These are Wood Elves, Light Elves, Cave Elves, and Sand Elves. The Sand Elves are not my creation, so I will let their creator post information about them when he has time. All elves share certain traits in common though. They have pointed ears (usually a little longer than a human's ears), keen eyesight, a lack of body hair, and forms that are predisposed to be slender, and graceful, though not -every- elf ends up that way. Wood Elves tend to have tan skin, and dark hair, with eyes generally green, grey, or brown. Their bodies are lithe, even for elves, and a little shorter than the others. Light Elves have pale skin, eyes of blue, green, grey, or light brown, though some few have been known to have purple eyes. Their hair is often blond, red, white, or a light shade of brown. Their bodies are just a little shorter than a human's on average, and their shoulders are typically wide and strong. Cave Elves are of a similar size to Light Elves, and while they possess the same key traits all elves have, they are best suited to work below ground. Their eyes are completely black, and very sensitive to light, but capable of seeing in near-total darkness. Their skin is translucent, showing veins, and hints of muscle and cartilage beneath. Their hair is almost always white.
Kadori:
The Kadori are a race of people that look very much like humans. Their tightly curled hair is black, and their skin is usually a very dark shade of brown. The key difference between a Kadori and a Human is that Kadori grow black crystalline horns that sprout off their bones in random places wherever the bone has very little tissue covering it (such as the head, collarbone, elbows, knees, the backs of their hands, the tops of their feet, their spine, and sometimes their ribs). These protrusions never hurt the Kadori, and very rarely impede movement at all. If they do, they're usually filed down, or even chopped off. These strong horns grow slowly and continuously over the life of the Kadori. Unlike regular horns, they do not have blood vessels inside them, and are not actually living parts of their body. They're more like fingernails, or hair, except that it's made of a substance -almost- as hard as diamond.
Orcs:
Orcs tend to be taller than humans, with green skin and hair that's either black, or a dark shade of brown, green, or sometimes red. They usually have very strong, feral looking facial features, and dark eyes. Tusks protrude from where their lower incisors would be. These tusks slowly, but continuously grow, and must be filed down, or used regularly to tear at raw flesh to wear them down. Orcs have particularly good immune systems, and their digestive systems are capable of processing a wide range of organic material. Unless it's toxic, they can generally eat it without ill effects. Generally orcs are on the taller end of the spectrum, but they don't get that much bigger than an average human.
Earthkin:
Earthkin are massive humanoid beings that stand anywhere from 9 to 12 feet tall. Their skin is colored like stone of varying sorts, such as marble, shale, limestone, granite, etc. Their skin also naturally develops thick callouses that form irregularly to look more like rough, natural stone. Their hair grows in extremely broad, looking like grasses, or vines of varying sorts. In their natural state, an earthkin is naturally well suited to hiding in the wild. Those who live in more civilized areas tend to file down their callouses until they have smooth skin, and look like living statues.
